Innes: Rights on the Agenda for 2020

In his opinion piece in the Melbourne Age of April 17, Graeme Innes AM, the Australian Human Rights Commissioner, reminds readers that Australia is the only democratic nation without a charter of rights. He goes on to say that the Australia 2020 Summit is the perfect opportunity for Australians to place a charter of rights firmly on the national agenda.
