Human Rights Act for Australia – Adelaide Public Forum

Why is Australia the only so-called developed nation without a Bill of Rights? Are our rights better protected than those of others so we don’t need one? What do other countries know that we don’t know? The Federal Government is consulting on the need for human rights protection so now is the time to talk about these issues.
