Commentators in the human rights field will discuss the legal and community implications of adopting a federal charter of rights. The panel will comprise:
- Dr Diane Sisely, Director, Australian Centre for Human Rights Education (ACHRE), RMIT
University and Liberty Victoria member - Professor Spencer Zifcak, Allan Myers Professor of Law and Director of the Institute of Legal Studies, Australian Catholic University and Vice-President of Liberty Victoria
- Dr Alperhan Babacan, Senior Lecturer (Law), RMIT University
- Dr Russell Solomon, Senior Lecturer (Legal and Dispute Studies), RMIT University
- Dr Liz Branigan, Academic Programs Coordinator, ACHRE, RMIT University
